1. Go to your WP Admin panel, Appearance >Themes > Install Themes and upload simploblack.zip file.
2. To install the theme manually you should have already wordpress installed and running on your server. Using FTP, upload the "simplo" theme folder to your web server, and place it in "/wp-contents/themes/". So what you'll have in the end is "wp-contents/themes/simploblack/".
3. Now that you have the theme uploaded you just need to login to your WP admin panel and activate it "Appearance > Themes".
This themes comes with a custom options page where you will find:
1. Set up your site logo - You have enter the full path to an image logo and the image ALT text.
2. Enable/Disable Cufon Font Replacement
3. Social Networking - Enter your LinkedIn, Facebook links and Twitter username.
4. Contact Page Text and Form Email address Setting - You can set the text of the contact page template and, as the theme comes with a working Ajax contact form, you need to specify your address in order to get the messages on your email.
5. Copyright details.
6. Setup META tags - keywords, description
7. Add Google Analytics code - Simply fill in the filed for Analytics code and save.
The theme is ready to take advantage of the new Wordpress 3.0 feature for Menus Management. If installed on an eralier Wordpress version the menus will work as well but with categories and pages regular listings function.
*Please remember that you first need to create a menu for registered themes locations to appear as available.
When you create the Contact page, you will need to set the "Contact" template for it ( right side Attributes panel ), in order to have the contact page as in preview and have it Ajax functional.
For adding Lightbox behaviour to a link just add rel="prettyPhoto" to the image Link Rel.
